Waco Regional Airport Terminal Text Layout

The Waco Airport terminal is a single-level building. There are two primary entrances. Departures on the right, and arrivals on the left.

Entering the Departures Entrance

The departures entrance is equipped with automatic sliding glass doors that open into the main terminal lobby.
Upon entering the terminal, the airline ticket counters are located directly ahead.
A seating and work area is located to the left of the entrance.
The TSA passenger screening checkpoint is located to the left of the airline ticket counters.
The baggage claim area is located to the left at the far end of the main terminal lobby.
Accessible restrooms and drinking fountains are located within the baggage claim area.
The designated Service Animal Relief Area is located outside the terminal building adjacent to the departures entrance doors.

Entering Through the Arrivals Entrance

The arrivals entrance is equipped with automatic sliding glass doors that provide direct access into the arrivals and baggage claim area.
Upon entering through the arrivals entrance, the baggage claim area is located to the left.
The rental car counters are located along the south wall of the baggage claim area.
Accessible restrooms and drinking fountains are located straight ahead from the arrivals entrance along the north wall.
The airline ticket counters are located at the opposite end of the terminal lobby from the baggage claim area.
The TSA passenger screening checkpoint is located to the left of the airline ticket counters.

After Passing Through Security

After completing TSA passenger screening, passengers enter the departure lounge.
Gate 1 is located on the right side of the departure lounge and utilizes a passenger boarding bridge (jet bridge).
Gate 2 is located on the left side of the departure lounge and utilizes a passenger boarding bridge (jet bridge).
Airport staff and airline personnel are available to assist passengers with wayfinding and accessibility needs upon request.
