Lost Items in the Airport

If you lost an item in the Waco Airport Terminal, parking areas or other Airport property, please contact the Airport Office at (254) 750-8656, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Lost Items in TSA

If you lost an item while going through the TSA security checkpoint, contact TSA Lost and Found. TSA is responsible for property left behind at the security screening area.

Lost Items on a Plane

For an item left on an American Airlines aircraft, at the gate, or in an Admirals Club, American Airlines has an online Lost and Found report. American Airlines says it will search for the item for up to 30 days and send email updates if it is found.

Lost or Missing Baggage

If your checked baggage is missing, delayed, or damaged, contact American Airlines directly for assistance. Baggage issues are handled by the airline and should be reported through American Airlines' Baggage Service Office or online baggage claim process.
