Airport Fees

Waco Regional Airport publishes current landing fees, aircraft parking rates, fuel flowage fees, and other aviation charges applicable to aircraft and operators using airport facilities. Review the fee schedule below for current rates and charges.

“Landing Fees” refers to aircraft operating fees including air stairs fees and passenger bridge fees. Payments for landing fees are not accepted on premises. Payments must be made through PLANEPASS®

General Aviation landing fees:

  • $2.00 per 1,000 lbs. rounded up for aircrafts weighing 6,000 lbs. and over using the aircraft’s FAA certified maximum landing weight
  • KACT based tenants are exempt from landing fees

Logo for PlanePass by Vector Vector's PLANEPASS® is a purpose-built aircraft billing and accounts receivable solution. Invoices are sent monthly, and the self-service web portal offers convenient payment options and account management. (Invoices will be sent no later than the 11th business day of the following month for the previous month’s activities.)

PLANEPASS® Payment Portal allows operators to:

  1. Make credit card payments
  2. Update account information including email and postal mail addresses
  3. View most of Vector’s airports’ fee structures, authorization to bill letters, and W9s
  4. Enroll in electronic invoicing
  5. View account history
  6. View and download invoices to csv files for use in MS Excel

The in-house, US based customer service staff are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding most US federal holidays, the Friday after US Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.

Aircraft Hangars

  • T-Hangars #1 - 10: $190.00 per month
  • T-Hangars #11 - 50: $215.00 per month
  • Executive T-Hangars (exc. # 7, 13, 16): $260.00 per month
  • Executive T-Hangars # 7, 13, 16: $280.00 per month

Overnight Aircraft Tiedown/Parking - General Aviation

(may be waived with purchase of fuel)

  • Less than 12,500 Maximum Gross Landing Weight (MGLW): $10.50 per night
  • 12,500 to 50,000 Maximum Gross Landing Weight (MGLW): $21.00 per night
  • Over 50,000 Maximum Gross Landing Weight (MGLW): $52.50 per night
  • Overnight fees for commercial Aircraft - Scheduled Carriers Negotiated in Lease Agreement

Overnight fees for Commercial Aircraft - Non-scheduled Carriers

  • Less than 50,000 MGLW: $50.00 per night
  • 50,000 to 100,000 MGLW: $100.00 per night
  • Over 100,000 MGLW: $150.00 per night

Long-Term Aircraft Tiedown/Parking

  • Light Twin: $131.00 per month
  • Single Engine: $80.00 per month
  • After hours Service Fee: $50.00 per call

Landing Fees

  • Commercial Operators: $0.40 per 1,000 pounds maximum allowable gross landing weight
  • Commercial Operators - Minimum: $3.25 per landing
  • Non-Signatory Landing Fee: $2.00 per 1,000 pounds maximum allowable gross landing weight for aircraft 7,500 lbs and above

Air Stairs Usage Fee

  • Non-Signatory Carriers: $100.00 per use
  • Signatory Carriers: $100.00 per use
  • Aircraft Fuel Flowage Fee: $0.13 per gallon

Airline Terminal Charges

  • Ticket Counter (Each): $2.85 per sq. ft.
  • Administrative Operation Space: $1.50 per sq. ft.
  • Baggage Makeup Area: $0.15 per sq. ft.
  • Non-Signatory Security Fee: $0.50 per enplaned passenger
  • Miscellaneous Storage Space: $27.00 per month

Passenger Loading Bridge Fee

  • Signatory Carriers: included in contract
  • 0-200 uses: $350.00 per month
  • 201-400 uses: $450.00 per month
  • over 400 uses: $550.00 per month
  • Non-Signatory Carriers: $500.00 per use

Land Lease

  • Unimproved Land: $0.15 per sq.ft. per year
  • Improved Land: $0.30 per sq.ft. per year

Identification Media

  • Fingerprinting Fee: $45.00 per individual
  • ID Badge fee: $5.00 per individual
  • Motorcycle Sticker Fee: $5.00 per sticker
  • RAM Parking Sticker Fee: $5.00 per sticker
  • Vehicle Hang tag: $5.00 per vehicle

Replacement Fees

  • Employee Parking Permit: $5.00 per permit
  • 1st Lost Identification Media: $125.00 per media
  • 2nd Lost Identification Media: $150.00 per media
  • 3rd Lost Identification Media: $200.00 per media & approval of director

Office Charges

  • Conference Room Fee: $42.00 per day
  • Copies: $0.10 per copy
  • Fax: $2.00 first page/ 1.00 extra pages

Miscellaneous Charges

  • Passenger Facility Charge (PFC): $4.50
  • Rental Car - Customer Facility Charge: $1.95 per day (per contract)
  • Land for Billboard Site: $315.00 per year
